At DFW Furniture Warehouse (CA), we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Depending on the item size, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the furniture from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
